GDS HUNGER FAST TODAY

GDS PJCA hunger fast at Rajghat started today at 9:30 a.m. police came and arrested both GDS PJCA Chairman and convenor. All GDS were asked to vacate that place. Then all GDS Comrades went to Dak Bhavan and raised thundering slogans in front of Dak Bhavan. Again police came there and arrested all GDS and took them to Jantar Mantar. The hunger fast was continued at Jantar Mantar. At about 3:00 p.m. higher officers invited GDS p JCA leaders for talks. As officers respond positively, the indefinite hunger fast program has been deferred. Detailed circular will be sent shortly.
