Instructions for the Implementation of Exit Management System and Reorganisation of Pension Sections.

FNPO submitted evidence before the 8th Central Pay Commission at Hotel Marriott, Hyderabad. The Secretary and Financial Advisor attended physically, while the Hon’ble Chairman joined virtually.
On behalf of FNPO, Sri Sivaji Vasireddy, Secretary General FNPO, Sri Murali, AGS & Circle Secretary NUR-3 Tamil Nadu, Sri Ramkumar, Circle Secretary NAPE Group ‘C’, and Sri Krishna, Circle Secretary NUPE Postmen & MTS, Telangana Circle participated in the evidence presentation.
As the allotted time was limited, FNPO endorsed the NCJCM Staff Side memorandum on major common demands such as Minimum Wage, Fitment Factor, Promotions, and Allowances.
FNPO specifically focused on cadre-related issues and submitted detailed evidence on:
• Higher pay scales for PA/SA cadre
• Upgraded scales for LSG, HSG-II, HSG-I & NFG cadres
• Grant of Gazetted Status to HSG-I officials
• Delinking of APAR benchmarks for MACP upgradations
• Introduction of separate options for Financial Upgradation line and Regular Promotion line to avoid stagnation and career disadvantages
• 7th CPC pay fixation anomalies
• Ex-servicemen pay fixation issues
• Higher scale for PO & RMS Accountants on par with similarly placed cadres
• Cashless treatment/training facilities
• Enhancement of Children Education Allowance (CEA) for higher studies
• OTA and other operational issues
The Commission noted the points positively and assured consideration during deliberations.
FNPO will continue participating in further meetings across different locations and will intensify cadre-wise representations in the coming days.
