 A great visionary of Indian economic system and made India self sufficient. As RBI Governor Finance Minister he is responsible for economic rationalization and self sufficiency. In regards to postal Department in October 2004 along with Dr Abdul Kalam the President gave the document for the future making the the Department for health Agni culture Insurance Banking financial inclusion of rural India.Allowed the Postal Department to do Insurance without the IRDA which is continuing now.IT Modernization Project for the Department of Posts (DoP) in India was approved by the  Mon mohan Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) in November 2012 with a total cost of Rs 4,909 crore.FNPO Pay tribute to the great son of the soil.
