Circle Conference of National Union of RMS
& MMS Emplyees Group-C, West Bengal Circle was inaugurated by Sri
Goutam Bhattacharya, Hon'ble Chief Postmaster General, WB Circle at
15:00 hrs. on 20/12/2019 at Moulali Yuba Kendra, Kolkata.
A seminar was organised at the open session on a topic
"Modernization of India Posts and our tasks". Sri Goutam Bhattacharya,
CPMG, Sri Amitabh Singh, PMG(KR), Sri Riju Ganguly, DPS(PLI) of WB
Circle and Sri D. Theagarajan, Ex-Secretary General,
New Delhi delivered their valuable views in the seminar.
Sri N. K. Tyagi, GS, CHQ, New Delhi, Sri Avinash Singh, AGS, New Delhi, Sri Ashok Singh, CS, Jharkhand Circle were also present in the open session cum seminar and Sri Partha Pratim Bhattacharyya as Circle president and Sri Debnath Paul as Circle Secretary presided the said seminer.

On 21/12/2019, delegate session was started
at 12:00 hrs. at Moulali Yuba Kendra, Kolkata in presence of Sri D.
Theagarajan and Sri N. K. Tyagi. A thorough discussion was held on
delegate session regarding various problems in all
divisions under WB Circle.
Sri D. Theagarajan, Ex-Secretary General,
New Delhi addressed to all Divisional and Branch Secretaries of WB
Division to gove maximum effort for forth coming new membership
verification.
After two day's conference Sri Debnath
Paul and Sri Partha Pratim Bhattacharyya were unanimously elected as
Circle President and Circle Secretary respectively for next two years of
WB Circle.
