 Joint Biannual 29th KERALA Circle conference of FNPO affiliated unions 

The joint bi annual Circle conference of FNPO affiliated unions was held at K M Santhosh Nagar (Renewal Center) Kaloor Ernakulam from 5th to 7th May 2023. After the delegats registration from 23 postal Division's and 3 RMS Divisions, the flag of FNPO was hoisted by Circle Convenor K V Sudheerkumar and INTUC Flag by K P Ramesh, State General Secretary INTUC

Inauguration. 

The conference was inaugurated by Hybi Eedan MP Ernakulam in the midst of thousands of FNPO workers by lighting the lamp. The main speech was done by Deen Kuriakose MP, Idukki & Circle chairman FNPO.  Sri. T. J Vinod MLA, Sivaji Vasireddy, Secretary General FNPO,  Nizar Mujavar General Secretary NUPE Postman & MTS,     P.U. Muraleedharan General Secretary NUGDS, Smt. N C Lysha, Circle Convener FNPO Women wing has addressed the function.  Muhammed shiyas President Ernakulam District Congress committee & Chairman  Reception Committee presided the meeting. General Convenor reception committee K. Sajeevkumar welcomed the delegates and the vote of thanks was done by Jithesh Chandran Convenor Reception committee.

Pensioner's Meet. 


The pensioners meet was held after the inaugural function. The meeting was inaugurated by K Babu MLA and   presided by Johnson Avokkaran.  The main speech was by K V Sudheer kumar Circle Convenor FNPO and the meeting was also addressed by NUR 4 Circle Secretary N V Vinod, Postal Pensioners welfare association circle leaders C. Moideenkutty, V M Mathunni, G Sivaprasad, D Kristhudas. S D Joshi Vice Chairman reception committee welcomed and V G Ratheesh made the vote of thanks.

Women Conference.

This was followed by a women conference and it was inaugurated by Smt. Uma Thomas MLA. Smt. Anu P Baby Chairperson FNPO Circle women wing presided the meeting. Smt. V K Minimol, State Vice President Mahila Congress, Smt. N C Lysha, Circle Convenor FNPO Vanitha wing, Smt. Sunila Sibi, District President Mahila Congress, Ernakulam, Smt. Rajani Mani, Councillor Kochin Corporation has addressed the meeting. Smt. Anitha R Nair Chairperson FNPO Mahila wing Ernakulam and Smt. Aleena Mourin George Convenor FNPO RMS Ernakulam has welcomed and made the vote of thanks respectively

Delegate Session

In the Evening Delegate session was inaugurated by Smt Manju Pillai CPMG. The function was adorned by recreation programs like Thirvathirakkali by women wing of FNPO Ernakulam Division and there after chendamalam. The meeting was presided by K V Sudheerkumar Circle Convenore FNPO Kerala. The main speech was done by Sri Sivaji Vasireddy, Secretary General FNPO. K K Devis DPS, Central Region, Nizar Mujavar General Secretary NUPE Postman & MTS, K Mahesh Circle Secretary, NUPE Postman & MTS,  P K Muraleedharan, Circle Secretary NUR 3, N V Vunod, Circle Secretary NUR 4, M. S Chandrababu Asst. General Secretary NAPE Grp C, P U Muraledharan Circle Secretary NUGDS, B S Venu, Finance  Secretary NUGDS, Vincent C J Circle president P4, Philip Mathew Circle President R3, C D Santhan, Circle President R4 has addressed the inaugural Function. CPMG Smt. Manju Pillai, DPS Sri K K Devis, Secretary General FNPO Sivaji Vasireddy and General Secretary NUPE Postman&MTS has distributed the Trophies and Cash awards to the winners, runner up and third prizes of the Cricket tournament conducted as a part of 29th Circle Conference. They also distributed awards to the FNPO members who have proved their excellence in various fields . Krishnaprasad Convenor Finance committee welcomed and Smt. Swapna Pathros made vote of thanks.


2nd day on 06.05.2023.

Morning sessions began with the subject committee meeting and started and the agenda as per notification wad taken for discussion.

Seminar on the Subject

 India Post - crisis and future 

The Seminar inaugurated by Sayed Rasheed PMG, Central Region, Kochi. The meeting was presided by P U Muraledharan, Circle Working Chairman FNPO. Subject presentation by S N Sony Circle Asst. Secretary NAPE Gr C.

Dr. M C Dileepkumar former Vice Chancellor Sanskrit University, V J Joseph, State General Secretary INTUC, Dr. T S Joy writer, Sivaji vasireddy Secretary General FNPO, K Mahesh Asst. Secretary General FNPO had made speeches on the subject and and conveyed their ideas and view's on the subject. M S Saneeshkumar Convenor Accommodation Committee welcomed the dignitaries and Arjun T Raj Convenor reception committee mad vote of thanks.

Trade union meeting.

A trade union meeting was conducted as a part of the Circle Conference and the same was inaugurated by Eldose Kunnapplilly MLA. The meeting was presided by Aliyas INTUC Ernakulam Dist. secretary. Zakkeer Hussain, Regional President INTUC Ernakulam, Praveen kumar Gen. Secretary Kochin Refinary Employees Union, M. J Thomas Herbit State vice President NGO Association has addressed the meeting. T S Praveen welcomed the dignitaries and Lishin Louise made vote of thanks.

Closure Ceremony

 

On 07.05.2023 a closure ceremony was organized after the completion of 

Agenda items.  The meeting was inaugurated by M J Aristotle Gen. Secretary DCC Ernakulam. M S Chandrababu AGS NAPE Group C, B S Venu Finance Secretary, NUGDS, P U Muraleedharan Gen. Secretary   NUGDS, K Mahesh Circle Secretary P4, N V Vinod, Circle Secretary R4, P K Muraleedharan Circle Secretary R3 and K V Sudheerkumar Gen. Convenor FNPO has addressed the meeting. Reception committee working chairman Johnson Kottencherry presided the function. Raju A S chairman publicity welcomed and K Sajeevkumar Gen. Convenor reception committee made vote of thanks.

The conference was concluded by 1pm.

There after FNPO Circle coordination committee was convened  and congratulated the reception committee for making the 29th Circle conference a grand Success.
