Detection of a Corona Positive Case in the National ATM Unit Office at Bengaluru GPO

This is to inform you that due to the detection of a Corona positive case in the National ATM Unit office in Bengaluru GPO, the unit has been shut down on the instructions of the  National ATM Unit Head. 

All the staff have been asked to proceed on quarantine for 7 days.

Operations like the ATM Call Centre, ATM PIN despatch and ATM Dispute Management System will be impacted nationwide.

We will attempt to be reachable on email at postatm@indiapost.gov.in. However, please expect d​elay in the meantime.

Efforts will be made to restart operations at the earliest.
