All eyes on Modi now

With India caught between rising Covid cases and a choking economy, no conclusion for tomorrow — the day the 21-day lockdown is supposed to end — looks foregone. Nothing appears an open-and-shut case at this point — neither extending the lockdown nor lifting it. We'll only know at 10 am tomorrow when Modi addresses the nation.
