“Forward ever, backward never: onwards with Breaking Through”
On 13/11/2019 Shri T. N. Rahate, S.G. FNPO and Shri N.K. Tyagi, President FNPO met the officers in the  Directorate. The team met Secretary (P) Shri. P.K.Bisoiji, Director General (P) Shri Salim Haque Shri. Col. Sukhdeo Raj Member (Planning), Manju Kumar DDG (P)& other DDG's and Directors
on 14-11-2019  SG FNPO met the officers along with G.S Rakesh bhatia. And O.P.Khanna Ex. G.S. Admin. Union.

Subjects discussed with officers and outcome

1) Request to stop the transfer of Mail overseers from one sub-divisions to another while treating them as the sensitive post. The mail answer is senior postman not getting any allowance or up-gradation pay for it.

Reply- It is replied that it would be tried to release the said post from a sensitive one.

2) Request to consider the compensation ground cases of GDS who were not considered on the false ground of the annual income criteria & 12 cases of Maharashtra circle i.e. Shri. S.G. Torase

Reply- It is assured that the Maharashtra circle directed to conduct C.C.E. for those candidates.

3) Request to remove the condition of computer test for GDS/MTS who are going to appear Postman / Mailguard and PA/SA Examination.

Reply- The computer examination will not be cancelled but the qualified marks would be and it will be tried to get posting for each qualified one according to merit.

4) Request to the immediate transfer of S.S.P.O's A
kola .Division from Nagpur Region Maharashtra circle to another circle of offices.

Reply- It is assured that the Maharashtra circle will be ordered to transfer the S.S.P.O's work to R.O., O.O. C.O. and thereafter he will transfer from the Maharashtra circle.

5) Request to grant limited trade union facilities to the N.U. Administration union of D.A.P. and N.U GDS union.

Reply- The said file is under process it would be tried to get the facilities like Bhartiya union.

6) Parity in the Pay scale between two departments for the same post same work wireman/unskilled employees

Reply- In this respect, the file is under process. The result will be available soon. The DOPT clarification awaited in this respect.

7) Request to enhance the uniform allowance of Rs. 5000/- to Rs. 1000/- in India post. Postman/Mailguard, MTS as in the case of another category of employees in other Department.

Reply- Department of post submitted one proposal through one committee for enhancing the uniform allowance as rs. 8500/-. But the department of expenditure rejected the proposal NRO it is suggested to send a revised proposal. The new proposal based on the O.M.M.19051/1/2017-E-IV of the ministry of expenditure New Delhi dated 2nd Aug. 2017 at sr. No. 4 Postman and another cadre. Hence the Department once again prepared the proposal.

8) Verification of caste certification of SC/ST/OBC employees-case of Nagpur Division Nagpur Maharashtra circle.

Reply- The case is referred to  DOPT. As per information from RTI 2005, the caste security committee formed by the state government would not be empowered to scrutinise the caste certificates of the central government employees. The reminder will be issued to DOPT. Till date, no action would be there against these employees in Nagpur city division.
In  this connection, necessary instruction would be given to CPMG Maharashtra circle.

9) Result of GDS to P.A. and GDS to Postman would be declared in time. It is expected in December 2019. P.A. result and after than postman result would be declared.

Reply- It is assured that the results would be declared in due course as far as possible in the month of December 2019 for P.A. and Ahecatles the postman and allied cadres results will be declared.

The discussion on RMS, Admin, Postman, MTS, PA/SA who are facing many difficulties in acting different targets. It is requested that the employees would not be harassed on the said point of targets. The said instruction would be given to all concerned assured in the said meeting. 
It is expected by our federation/union administration will give suitable instruction to the circles.
