It is not possible for the Service Associations to hold the conferences with in 31.03.2021. In many cases the Conferences fixed have been cancelled due to denial of permission in the light of imposition of new restrictions again in some states. therefore FNPO requests to extend the Trade Union facilities to the recognised Service associations for another six months ie up to 30.09.2021.-SG FNPO letter.
