Closure of Postal Life Insurance operation in APS and SOP for transfer of PLI case files to Circle 

The PLI Directorate has been issued an order regarding the closure of Postal Life Insurance operation in APS. The Directorate has also requested to take necessary action for transfer of PLI records to Circles. A Standard Operating Procedure has also been issued for the handling of PLI cases. 

Now all PLI cases in APS should be transferred as per SOP only.
