Sub: Preventive measures to be taken against spread of Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19)
Sir/Madam
In continuation of this office (Delhi circle) of even number dated
20.03.2020,23.03.2020 and 15.04.2020 on the above noted subject vide
which several preventive measures to be taken were intimated, now it
has been decided that following preventive measures to contain spread of
COVID-19 may also be taken.
(i) During the lunch-break no social distancing is being maintained and
the officials are taking lunch together/in group which should be
avoided. The officials should be asked to avail lunch break turn by turn
and staggered way.
(ii) The officials are using common drinking water facility which
should be stopped immediately and the officials may be advised to bring
their water by using their separate water bottles for the purpose.
(iii) The washrooms/toilets should be cleaned thrice in a day by using liquid soap and powder bleach.
2. It is therefore, requested that necessary action may be taken accordingly.
