Out come of the meeting.

Meeting with Dr. P Santosh Kamila Sir, Member P, at 11th Dak Bhawan Delhi this morning to discuss the issue of providing medical facilities to GDS employees, mainly discussing the proposal of Orient Insurance and National Insurance.  Demand that, since GDS Industries is not covered under labor law, they will not be able to provide ESI hospital facilities.  Received, this led to discussion of the above company's proposal, 1 lakh medical facility from both companies for GDS husband and wife and two children but only 2 hours cash admission will be provided for cashless medical facility and Critical medical only if there is admit for at least 24 hours.  , Orient Insurance will provide 55OO hospitals in India and 72OO hospitals will be provided by National Insurance, Orient, etc.  The previous sicknesses will not be counted in the insurance but in the national insurance, the annual installments of Orient Insurance are ₹ 36OO and the annual installment of National Insurance is ₹ 59OO, on which the annual installments of Orient Insurance are reduced.  Previous illnesses should be considered and some part of this installment should be paid from the Welfare Fund or from the department.  After the order was made, it was decided to speak to the company and convene a meeting of the company and the union and then decide, Overall Orient Insurance's return appears to be positive.  The meeting was attended by FNPO, B Shiva Kumar Secretary General FNPO, P.U.Muralidharn General Secretary NUGDS and Nisar Mujawar General Secretary NUPE.

 In the afternoon, there was intense discussion about the recruitment rules of the three PAs / SAs, all unions voiced their views on the ADMIN union and the SBCO union objected  after long discussion the meeting was adjourned at 6 pm. more details published soon
