Today SG F N P O met with Member (P) & other officers
S.G.FNPO met Member(p).CVO. DDG(Establishment) discuss following issues.
1) It is conveyed to Directorate that Mail Overseer is
one of the Postman post it's not comes under sensitive post. It would be
Rotated yearly in beats like postman.
The same point is heard and assured to implement.
2)The Verification of Caste Certificates of SC/ ST official's in Maharashtra Circle discussed in detailed.
Assured to get suitable action from DOPT.
3) Revision of pay- Case of Building Maintainance Staff/ Electrical ass wairman staff-
Letter marked to ADG
Assured to resolve the issue shortly.
4) West Bengal Circle
R-III Case.It is intimated that the case is under progress.
5) AP Circle-
PA Cader One time absorption Case in co ap ciecle.
Positive action would be taken as early as possible.

6) UP Circle Pratapgarh DN.NAPE P3 dn secretary & President Transfer Case.
It is assured that Member (P) would personally talk to DPS (HQ)to settle the issue.
7) Bonus Case-
Directorate obtained the order by hand sending official
to MOF at 1-00 hrs. But it is orally intimated that permission would be
sought from Election Commission. Accordingly letter is sent for the
same. It is expected that Bonus Order would be
issued by 9th or 10 th this month.
