With CPMG
1. Rotational duty during Covid period with 50% Staff.
Madam was very serious and asked DPS-HQ & APMG-staff to submit report immediately for implement her Orders.
2. Alternate day duty at Single handed POs.
She assured to examine the matter.
3.Non action of problems by PMG-NB Region.
She asked cases to her for steps.
4. Irregular Combind Duty of GDS.
Madam asked the specific cases with data and assued immediate steps.
5.Rule-38 cases of Jalpaiguri Dn from Maharashtra Circle & Barasat Dn from Odisha Circle.
CPMG intimated for earty steps.
6. Petition case of Sanatan Hansda of Barabazar HO happened during time of de- monetarisation.
She told matter will be looked into.
7.Timely sanction of financial upgradation cases under MACPS.
She assured towards positive steps after receip of specific cases.
8.Stop whimsical harassment ti the GDS in thr name of Targets of Department.

for sanction of MACPS cases of-North Hoogly Dn, Asansol Dn, Purulia Dn,
Tamluk Dn, Midnapore Dn, Burdwan Dn, Bankura Dn and other Dn in SB
Region.
Madam told that She will seriously look into the matter for early disposal.
2.Stop whimsical & irregula attitude against Staff by SPOs, North Hoogly Division
PMG told that she will ask the SPOs.
3. Set-right the irregular RT memos for the year 2021, case of- Midnapore Dn & Burdwan Dn.
Madam informed that cases are in active process.
4.Either implement the recent attachment memos or transfer the Staff working by similar attachment memos, case of Burdwan Dn
PMG assured to see for imperial treatment at the earliest.
5. Steps for over tenured cases in Purulia Dn.
Madam asked concerned ADPS to submit the relative file.
6. Request to see heartly the Relax case of-Mayna Barik in Midnapore Dn.
She informed that it will be seen with positive views.
7. Steps for sanction of madical advance & reimbursement bill of Sabir Singh in Midnapore Dn.
Madam
told that primarily advance was santioned and thereafter the staff made
complainted the top higher authority resultant some
complications.However the matter will be seen very sympathetically.
