Maharashtra Postal Circle commemorated this by releasing a special cancellation at Mumbai Philately Bureau. The release of the Special Cancellation was done by Shri Amitab Singh, Postmaster General, Mails and BD, Maharashtra Circle. Shri Yadagiri Nayapalli, Asstt Director Postal Services (PSR), Maharashtra Circle, Shri Sanjay Bhandari, Asstt. Director Postal Services, Mumbai Region, Officers and Staff of Mumbai GPO were present on the occasion.
