West Bengal Circle organized it's Working Committee Meeting and grand felicitation   to Ex Circle Secretary Sri Partha Pratim Bhattacharyya

 









West Bengal Circle organised it's Working Committee Meeting and grand felicitation Ceromony of Ex Circle Secretary Sri Partha Pratim Bhattacharyya who retired from service from 30th September 2024 at Kolkata GPO Auditorium on 22nd November 2024.Sri D.Theagaran Ji our leader and former Secretary General of FNPO and present Generl Secretary Sri N K Tyagi Ji glorified the occasion with their dignified presence. After  a period of more than five years our former Secretary General came to West Begal and delivered his valuable speech. Sri Dipak Mukherjee- CHQ Chief Advisor, Sir Panchu Gopal Dutta Banik- Ex Circle Secretary of West Bengal Circle , Sri Promitava Ghosh - Ex Working President of CHQ and Sri Sekhar Bhattacharyya- the present CHQ President and Smt Chaitaly.   Chatterjee Asstt. General Secretary attended the programme and added a different dimension to the graceful occasion. Branch Secretaries and Disional Executives, Members from all over West Bengal Circle participated in the felicitation programme of Sri Partha Pratim Bhattacharyya- Ex Circle Secretary of West Bengal Circle.
 
Definitely the most important agenda was the proposed merger of speed with registered article at one hub and all the Divisional Secretary including Sri Debojyoti Ghosh Divisional Secretary of Of Kol AP Stg. Division, Anirban Sarkar- Divisional Secretary of RMS H Division, Sri Vijay Das- Divisional Secretary of Kolkata RMS Division, Abani Saha - Divisional Secretary of RMS SB Division and Sri Utpal Ulal presently the Divisional Secretary in Charge all very clear way delivered their speeches against the proposed merger and told that they are ready to comply with anystren movement as per the instruction of CHQ and as conveyed by the West Bengal Circle Union.
 
Sri Theagarajan Ji addressed the house and told about our Leader Partha Da. His honesty and layality to the Union unparrreral.  Different types of Union movement had been leaded by him and he expect long and healthy retired life. Regarding organisation and Union Theagarajan Sir told very emotionaly and the long relation with Bengal Circle. 
He finally concluded with that this proposed merger will not be cost effective and definitely will nor serve any purpose. 
Sri Tyagi Ji told about the CHQ Movement against the proposed merger. He expressed his views that CHQ will fight further and is planning  for Union movement and Dharna Programme against the merger at Delhi. He taked about Partha Da's role towards Union and hoped for long and peaceful retirement life.
 
CHQ Chief Advisor Sri Dipak Mukherjee , Ex Circle Secretary  Sri Panchu Gopal Dutta Banik and Ex CHQ Working President Sri Promitava Ghosh all are in opinion for Union Movement against the proposed Merger. All the Leaders hope for the Happy and long retirement life of Sri Partha Pratim Bhattachayya - Ex Circle Secretary West Bengal Circle . In his speech Circle Secretary Sri Krishnendu Chakaborty highlighted the role of Sri Bhattacharyya in the FNPO Union Movement in West Bengal and he opined that Leaders aro not retired and they are always with us and West Bengal Circle Union is always respectful to the Leaders and delighted to organise such CWC in presence of Sri Tyagarajanji and Sri Tyagi ji  and expressed deep respect and gratefulness to both the leaders for attending the session.  Inclement Secretary briefed about the union programme over the different Dviions against the merger issue and told thatvWest Bengal Circle Union ready to act ads per instruction of CHQ over the merger issue. 
On invitation Wife and Daughter of Sri Bhattacharyya attended the occasion which made the programme delightful. West Bengal Circle Union presented momento, Flower boquet and other gifts to Sri Bhattacharyya for his excellent innings and contribution.

Respected former Secretary General  Sri Theagaranji and Respected General Secretary Sri N K Tyagi along with CHQ President Sri Sekhar Bhattacharyya and Circle Secretary met with Chief PMG West Bengal Circle Sri Niraj Kumar and PMG ( Mails & BD) Sri Supriyo Ghosha ND talked and discussed the merger issue and other related matters. Both the Officers listened to their opinions and gave assurance to inform the views to Postal Directorate.
At the end of the programme both the Leaders have  been escorted to Kolkata Airport by Circle Leadership and they returned to their native places accordingly. Long live Theagarajan Ji and Long live Tyagi Ji. Jai Hind. Bande Mataram, FNPO Zindabadf
