Online Rule 3 GDS Transfer Cycle September 2023 - relieving of GDSs (Gramin Dak Sevaks)

Subject: - Online Rule 3 GDS Transfer Cycle, September, 2023- relieving of GDSs.

Please refer to this office letter of even number dated 31.08.2023 whereby the schedule of Rule-3 GDS transfer cycle, September, 2023was circulated.

2. As itis aware that the 1st list of Rule-3 transfer against 3272 clear vacancies was released on 291" September, 2023 as against 27th September. There is, however, no change in the last date for relieving the GDS and all of them needed to be to relieved by 15" October. However, it is noticed [ as per the MIS report provided by the CEPT that only 196 GDSs have been relieved across the Circles till 10.10.2023. Circle wise list of GDS relieved is attached for reference.

3. As the release of the 2nd list of Rule-3 transfer against the tentative vacancies is due to be issued on 171" October, which is dependent upon the correct updation of the number of GDS relieved in the Portal.

4. In view of the above, | am directed to request to ensure relieving of the GDSs (1st list candidates) and updation of the status in the portal by 15th October positively, so as to enable CEPT to release the 2nd list of GDS transfer against tentative vacancies as per as per pre-decided schedule.
