Sub: Request to grant 7^th CPC  scale to the Temporary Status MTS ..

Ref: My federation letter dated 30/09/2016 (copy enclosed)

The Directorate is aware that the temporary Status MTS working in the  Department of Posts are still drawing .6^thCPC scales.

Whenever Pay Commission’s recommendations are implemented for regular employees, the same will be extended to temporary status MTS  on the specific order of the DOP&T. For instance, the order issued by the DOP&T after the implementation of 6thCPC is enclosed for your information.

In view of the above, it is requested that necessary step may be initiated by the Directorate to get specific orders from the DOP & T to implement 7thCPC recommendations to the TSCLs on par with the regular employees.
